Job summary

Match Retail is recruiting Coffee Sales Advisors to represent Nespresso across Costco locations in Stoney Creek and Niagara Falls, ON. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate machines, and drive sales through outstanding customer experiences.

The role requires food handling certification, reliable transportation for bi-weekly travel, and full availability 7 days a week. Program runs Nov 10, 2026 to Dec 8, 2026 with paid online training and uncapped incentives for performance.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience an asset.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers, initiating conversations, and closing sales.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods throughout your shift.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a passion for customer engagement.
• Access to a reliable vehicle is required, travel to Costco locations within the territory every 2 weeks.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Full availability between Monday through Sunday.

Position Overview

Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven Coffee Sales Advisors to represent Nespresso within multiple Costco locations. In this role, you will engage shoppers, demonstrate premium coffee products, educate customers on Nespresso's innovative coffee solutions, and drive sales through exceptional customer experiences.

• Compensation: $22 per hour, plus uncapped sales incentives based on machine sales.
