We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our Hospitality Services team on a maternity leave coverage assignment. This is an exciting opportunity for a results driven, client focused professional to step into a pivotal role and make an immediate impact.
You will combine strategic sales with personalized client care to maximize catering and banquet sales, build meaningful client relationships, and help deliver exceptional experiences at MacDonald Island Park. From the first client conversation through planning, vendor coordination, event execution, and follow-up, you’ll play a key role in bringing each client’s vision to life.

Reporting to the Manager, Hospitality Services the Sales Specialist will oversee clients and assigned portfolios, working closely with internal and external clientele to maximize the catering sales business. The Sales Specialist will assist clients with banquet and event planning to achieve client goals and provides support for operations in the areas of planning, execution, and vendor/client management.
