Job summary

Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic Coffee Sales Advisors to represent Nespresso at Costco locations in Edmonton. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate machines, and educate customers on premium coffee solutions while driving sales through exceptional service.

This contract role runs Aug 25, 2026 to Nov 9, 2026, paying $22 per hour plus uncapped incentives. Training is paid and you gain exposure to a globally recognized brand with strong field support.

Qualifications

• Retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience is an asset.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Access to a reliable vehicle; travel to Costco locations every 2 weeks.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Full availability Monday through Sunday.

Position Overview

Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven Coffee Sales Advisors to represent Nespresso within multiple Costco locations. In this role, you will engage shoppers, demonstrate premium coffee products, educate customers on Nespresso's innovative coffee solutions, and drive sales through exceptional customer experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience an asset.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers, initiating conversations, and closing sales.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods throughout your shift.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a passion for customer engagement.
• Access to a reliable vehicle is required, as travel to different Costco warehouse locations within the assigned territory required every 2 weeks.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Full availability between Monday through Sunday.
