Match Retail is hiring a Coffee Sales Advisor to represent Nespresso at Costco locations in Calgary. You will engage customers, demonstrate machines, educate on solutions, and drive sales through engaging experiences.

The program runs Aug 25, 2026 - Dec 7, 2026 with future opportunities. Training is provided online prior to launch and you will receive ongoing support from management and field leadership. Must be available full schedule.

Position Overview

Match Retail is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused, and results-driven Coffee Sales Advisors to represent Nespresso within multiple Costco locations. In this role, you will engage shoppers, demonstrate premium coffee products, educate customers on Nespresso's innovative coffee solutions, and drive sales through exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with Costco members and create meaningful customer interactions.
• Demonstrate Nespresso coffee machines and communicate key product features and benefits.
• Assess customer needs and recommend the best coffee solution to meet their lifestyle and preferences.
• Drive sales by delivering compelling product demonstrations and closing sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk display.
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure positive customer experience and successful program execution.

• Program Duration August 25, 2026 - December 7, 2026, with opportunities for future assignments.
• Compensation $22 per hour, plus uncapped sales incentives based on machine sales.

What We're Looking For

• Retail, sales, customer service, or brand ambassador experience an asset.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals in a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching customers, initiating conversations, and closing sales.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods throughout your shift.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced retail setting.
• Energetic, outgoing, and professional demeanor with a passion for customer engagement.
• Access to a reliable vehicle is required, as travel to different Costco warehouse locations within the assigned territory required every 2 weeks.
• Food Handler Certification is required.
• Full availability between Monday through Sunday.
