We’re looking for motivated and energetic Account Executives to join our team at JumpCrew, where we help small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) grow through digital advertising on a leading social media platform.

In this role, you’ll focus on net-new advertiser acquisition—reaching out to business owners, educating them on the platform, pitching the value of advertising, and helping them launch their first campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

1. Proactively prospect, pitch, and activate new SMB advertisers.
2. Use consultative selling to educate businesses on how digital advertising can drive awareness, engagement, and growth.
3. Leverage familiarity with digital advertising, paid social, or media sales, along with strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach.

What You Get

• Earn a base pay of $24 CAD/hour plus commission.
• Jumpcrew X (Twitter) covers your certification costs, which take about 7 days to complete.
• This gig is remote, working from your own home.
• Minimum of 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm EST. You may work more hours if desired.

Performance Metrics

• Activate at least 20 new business advertisers per month.
• Drive an average spend of $1,000+ per activated advertiser.
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM hygiene.
• Contribute to team revenue goals and advertiser graduation readiness.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 2 years of validatable sales experience.
• No active contracts with other gigs while working for JumpCrew X.
• Willingness to undergo comprehensive background checks (criminal, credit, employment).
• Ability to perform outbound sales, including sourcing new leads and consultative selling to existing leads.
