Internal Job Title : Sales Representative

This is an entry-level position, primarily aimed at developing into roles such as Account Representative, Aftermarket Sales Representative, or Account Manager.

Job Responsibilities :

• Sell select products within a designated territory or assigned accounts.
• Assist in territory management and communication, potentially working in a team environment.
• Participate in corporate and local marketing campaigns.
• Make sales calls to qualify prospects, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries.
• Engage in training locally, in the field, and occasionally at the corporate headquarters in New Bremen, Ohio.
• Collaborate with various departments within the branch.

Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Problem-solving skills, responsibility, self-motivation, and teamwork ability.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to operate lift trucks safely for product demonstrations.

Compensation and Benefits :
