External Job Title: Sales Representative/Business Development Representative – B2B (Entry Level)

Internal Job Title: Sales Representative

This is an entry-level position, primarily aimed at developing into roles such as Account Representative, Aftermarket Sales Representative, or Account Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sell select products within a designated territory or assigned accounts.
  2. Assist in territory management and communication, potentially working in a team environment.
  3. Participate in corporate and local marketing campaigns.
  4. Make sales calls to qualify prospects, generate leads, and follow up on inquiries.
  5. Engage in training locally, in the field, and occasionally at the corporate headquarters in New Bremen, Ohio.
  6. Collaborate with various departments within the branch.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, responsibility, self-motivation, and teamwork ability.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to operate lift trucks safely for product demonstrations.

Compensation and Benefits:

Crown offers a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits, including:

  • Starting pay range of $24.03 to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
