Job Title: Project Centre Sales Representatives

Project Centre Sales Representatives are sales professionals who partner with customers to understand their needs and assist in planning construction and renovation projects. They are knowledgeable sales experts capable of making recommendations to solve customers’ problems. This fast-paced and engaging role is highly rewarding, especially when customers choose to buy because of your effort. The position offers a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

1. Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
2. Clarify and understand customers’ needs and recommend the best solutions for their projects.
3. Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and product offerings.
4. Take initiative and confidently manage customer interactions.
5. Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
6. Produce quotes, create material lists, and follow up with customers.
7. Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service.
8. Resolve customer challenges efficiently and effectively.
9. Continuously learn about products and market trends.

Qualifications

1. Strong foundation in sales and customer service.
2. Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
