Role Overview

Plays an integral role in the retail sales process, responsible for efficiently processing high-volume product sales orders from reception to delivery, ensuring all meet or exceed customer expectations.

The Role

• Collaborates with sales representatives and production teams to review product sales and customer requirements, planning for timely processing, purchase, delivery, and proper documentation.
• Provides timely financial and technical project status reports, including final profit summaries.
• Works with the production team to meet financial targets and deliver high customer service levels.
• Supports internal and external customers by working effectively across departments.
• Manages customer and supplier invoices, including preparation, communication, and tracking.
• Assists project managers and sales teams as needed.
• Coordinates documentation such as drawing approvals with engineering, vendors, and customers.
• Manages all aspects of product delivery and reports on rented, sold, or returned units.
• Ensures accurate application of discount and warranty structures.

The Candidate

• Education: High School diploma; Business or related field preferred.
• Work Experience: 3-4 years in a similar or related role.
• Knowledge: Experience in similar positions or related fields.
