We are currently looking for a Financial Service Representative to join our easyfinancial Oshawa North branch located near Beatrice St E and Simcoe St N. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving sales and managing overdue accounts through direct customer engagement. By helping customers build their credit with structured monthly payments, you’ll be making a real impact in their lives.

What You’ll Do :

  • Create exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face, phone and email interactions.
  • Show compassion and empathy by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable financial solutions. Educating customers on building their credit and achieving financial goals.
  • Actively prospecting new clients through a combination marketing and outbound sales call activity to drive financial product sales and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Clearly explain financial product terms and conditions.
  • Assess and evaluate loan applications using financial analysis and risk assessment.
  • Manage overdue accounts with effective collections activities.
  • Ensure customer applications are completed accurately and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For :

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail and / or financial services.
  • A strong communicator who thrives in customer-facing roles and is passionate about driving sales.
  • Empathetic and integrity-driven- you genuinely care about helping customers succeed.
  • Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
