Jetson is on a mission to accelerate the transition of 100M homes across North America away from burning fossil fuels to sustainable energy use. Here at Jetson, we believe in a future that is 100% electric and 100% better.

Homes are one of the largest sources of carbon emissions, which can be dramatically reduced by converting to heat pumps. Adoption currently lags due to high costs and friction in the retrofit process. Solving one layer of the value chain won't move the needle on adoption. Mass adoption will come when it becomes a no-brainer for homeowners to transition. That is why Jetson is building the first fully vertically integrated home electrification company. Jetson aims to make it simple, transparent, and affordable for everyone to get a heat pump.

Jetson is dedicated to transitioning 100M homes in North America from fossil fuels to sustainable energy. We envision a future that is 100% electric and better for the environment.

Homes contribute significantly to carbon emissions, and converting to heat pumps can reduce this impact. However, high costs and retrofit friction hinder adoption. Our goal is to facilitate mass adoption by making home electrification straightforward and accessible.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, intelligent, and collaborative sales professional passionate about making a difference. This is an opportunity to join at the ground level and impact the adoption of clean energy in residential markets.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly new business targets by engaging with prospects from initial contact to closing, including qualifying and requirements gathering.
  • Utilize phone, text, and email (manual and automated) to manage high-volume prospect interactions, including outside regular business hours.
  • Generate new leads via cold-calling, social selling, door-to-door, and other innovative tactics to maintain a pipeline at 5x sales target.
  • Prepare quotes and guide prospects through home electrification upgrade options, rebates, and processes.
  • Monitor sales metrics and adapt strategies to meet targets.
  • Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competition to improve strategies and products.
Requirements
  • Passionate about our mission to combat climate change.
  • At least 2 years of experience selling home services or technology products to consumers or small businesses.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency with sales tools, including CRM and sales sequencing.
  • Strong technical curiosity and aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to close sales.
  • Experience in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing services is a plus.
  • Commitment to self-improvement and innovation.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, especially in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility to work during business hours, evenings, and weekends.
  • Team-oriented with strong collaboration and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000 - $90,000 OTE annually

Benefits include dental, health, vision, life insurance, and long-term disability.

Work Location: In person - Vancouver
