The Blueprint

The Sales Representative is an integral part of an elite team of sales professionals who are expertly trained to promote and sell Tridel-branded condominiums. The role plays a vital role in all sales-related transactions, delivering an exceptional level of customer service. This role entails presenting and selling Tridel condos, collaborating with a team to meet and exceed sales targets, and managing contractual requirements, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities

  • Responsible for presenting and selling Tridel condos in an informed and professional manner.
  • Always a representative of Tridel with clients, purchasers, realtors, and the community.
  • Utilize social media to promote Tridel and Company projects by participating and engaging with clients and the community on various platforms.
  • Maintain a pristine, efficient, and professional selling environment.
  • Collectively work with a team to meet and exceed sales targets on assigned project(s).
  • Explain with accuracy while collecting signatures on the Agreement of Purchase & Sales and all related legal documents.
  • Collect deposit payments while abiding by FINTAC policy and the company's privacy policy.
  • Administer, track, and manage all contractual requirements related to the Agreement of Purchase & Sales, including but not limited to Mortgage Approvals, Broker co-op agreement, solicitor info, parking & locker allocation, outstanding deposits, etc.
  • Adhere to all Tridel and Del Realty Incorporated vision, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) while being well-versed in internal systems such as VTEAM and external systems such as DocuSign.

The Architect of Your Success

  • A University Degree or College Diploma
  • Minimum of 3 + years in real estate selling experience
  • Licensed and registered under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act of Ontario
  • In good standing with RECO and TREB at all times.
  • Flexible working hours in Evening, weekend & holiday availability
  • Fluid in written and verbal English, bi or multi-lingual preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Charismatic with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and being able to adapt easily to different situations.
  • A team contributor and excels at working in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexible, reliable, honest, and accountable.
