Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to represent a trusted financial brand inside major retail locations across Canada. You will engage customers on the floor, educate them about credit cards, and guide them toward suitable products while building relationships with store teams.

This role offers a base hourly wage with uncapped commission, comprehensive onboarding, and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financialproduct(Credit Cards)in a clear, relatable way

• Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle

• Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource

• Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations

• Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application

• Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day

• Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations

• Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality

• Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation

• Base wage18.25/hr plus uncapped commission

• Permanent full-time or part-time positions available

• Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
