Job summary

Home Service Solutions in Waterloo, ON is seeking a friendly, outgoing team member to be the first point of contact with homeowners and introduce our home improvement products and services.

No prior sales experience is required; you will receive full training, coaching, and opportunities to advance into sales and leadership roles. On-site parking and a supportive team environment are provided.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners, starting friendly conversations and introducing them to our home improvement products and services.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Talking with homeowners and creating positive first impressions
• Learning about their needs
• Educating customers about our products, services, and promotions
• Collecting customer information for follow-up by our sales team
• Working toward individual and team goals
• Taking part in ongoing training and coaching
