Job summary

Aventas is seeking motivated individuals to join our in-person sales team. You will represent brands like TELUS, Rogers, Bell, RBC, and BMO, engaging with customers and building relationships through energetic, competitive interactions.

Training and mentorship are provided to help you grow. Expect a fast-paced, high-energy environment with daily coaching, performance incentives, and clear paths into leadership.

Qualifications

• 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, fundraising, customer service, or leadership is an asset.
• No previous sales experience? Training provided and mentorship available.

Requirements:

• Retail, hospitality, fundraising, customer service, volunteering, or leadership experience is an asset — but not required.
• 18+ and legally eligible to work in Canada.
• No previous sales experience? That's okay. We're more interested in your attitude, work ethic, competitiveness, communication skills, and willingness to learn. Our training and mentorship are designed to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.

Pay: $800.00-$1,200.00 per week
