Neighbourhood Heroes in Edmonton is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our local office and drive growth in assigned territories.

You will target prospects, handle leads provided by the company, and develop your own pipeline while benefiting from a clear path to management. The role offers a winning pay structure with hourly wages plus commission and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively sell Neighbourhood Heroes services within territories.
• Work from our local office to make outbound sales calls and nurture leads.
• Proactively source and generate your own leads to maximize sales.
• Participate in team canvassing, including door-to-door outreach.
• Represent the company professionally at public events and community activities.
• Complete various marketing, sales, and administrative tasks in the office.
• Log all sales communications and track progress.
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service and build lasting client relationships.
• Collect Google reviews to grow our online presence.
• Drive company vehicles responsibly if required for events.

Job Responsibilities

• Actively sell Neighbourhood Heroes services within assigned territories
• Work from our local office to make outbound sales calls to prospects and nurture company-provided leads
• Proactively source and generate your own leads to maximize your sales
• Participate in team canvassing efforts, including door-to-door knocking and door hanger drops within your own territory or others as required
• Represent the company professionally at public event appearances and community events
• Complete various marketing, sales, and administrative tasks as assigned in the office
• Accurately track all sales communication and log your sales progress
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service and build lasting relationships with potential clients
• Collect Google reviews from happy clients to help grow our online presence
• Drive company vehicles responsibly (if required for events)

What We're Looking For

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed, meet sales targets, and advance within the company
• Comfortable walking for extended periods and engaging in face-to-face canvassing or door-to-door outreach
• Excellent communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude, both in-person and over the phone
• Willing and able to work full shifts from our office and out in the field (this is not a remote or work-from-home position)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (3-year abstract required if driving company vehicles)
• Reliable, highly organized, and attentive to detail
• Previous sales or canvassing experience is an asset, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important
