About the opportunity:

The Sales Representative is responsible for executing Lactalis' sales strategy at retail to drive profitable revenue growth, managing business relationships, and generating new business aligned with company objectives and those of its Divisions.

The attributes we are looking for:
  • Experience in merchandising, display techniques, and inventory management to prevent stock-outs.
  • Ability to execute promotional plans matching corporate and banner needs.
  • Implementation of store coverage models in line with our sales process.
  • Achievement of distribution goals, securing secondary displays, and working with store personnel.
  • Prospecting for new business and capitalizing on existing opportunities.
  • Developing sales plans with SMART objectives for each Division.
  • Performing administrative duties such as reports and budget summaries.
  • Monitoring market activity and supporting marketing campaigns.
  • Delivering results on KPIs and communicating effectively with leadership teams.
What you will bring:
  • University degree or college diploma.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience in the CPG industry or related fields.
  • Analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, curiosity, and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the grocery industry and retail marketplace.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Nielsen data, and SAP.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently and in teams.
