Role

The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC, responsible for driving sales and delivering a premium, customer-focused experience. This role includes greeting and assisting clients, presenting collections, providing product knowledge on gemstones and designs, and guiding customers through the purchasing process. The Sales Representative will maintain store displays, monitor inventory, handle transactions, and support merchandising initiatives. Daily responsibilities also include building lasting client relationships, following up with prospective and existing customers, and collaborating with the team to meet individual and store sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, client relationship management, and communication skills.
• Proven sales experience in retail, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or luxury goods.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage transactions and inventory accurately.
