Iridescent Painting is seeking a Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced field-sales environment. You will travel between construction sites and homeowners, pitching our home painting services, or go door-to-door to expand our customer base.

We value eagerness to learn; no prior experience is required beyond a passion for sales. Pay structure is performance-driven, with a base per-deal rate and up to larger-session cap, plus flexible scheduling and road-based work.

Job Summary

Looking for a dedicated and personable person who loves conversing with others, and someone who is craving success. This job requires a person who doesn’t give up and is hungry for more. You will be either going from construction site to construction site talking with site supervisors, home builders, and homeowners (whoever runs the site) and pitching them our home painting service. Or, going from door to door to pitch our home painting service. You will be trained thoroughly by the business owner if you have no experience, all we ask is that you come ready to learn and put in effort.

Duties

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable services
• Be human while selling our services
• Work with urgency
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Manage cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience
• Utilize strong communication skills and phone etiquette to follow up with customers and support ongoing sales efforts

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales, technical sales, or related customer-facing roles is preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
• Strong organizational skills with excellent time management to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
• Experience in merchandising, cashiering, or POS systems is a plus
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and proactive approach

Pay will depend on size of home/project and how many sales you get. Minimum starting rate for one deal is $500 and it goes up by $100 per 1000 square feet with a maximum rate for larger homes is $800 per single deal. For more experienced sales reps we are willing to adjust pay structure accordingly.

Pay: $500.00-$3,200.00 per day
