Commission Wage Structure (Potential to earn $100,000+ annually!).

During your first year, to support your development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building relationships with customers and guiding them through their vehicle buying journey

Showcasing Mazda’s award-winning vehicles and innovative tech features

Hitting and exceeding your sales goals with confidence and strategy

Coordinating test drives, vehicles deliveries, and all steps in between

Working with our finance, service and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish

• Passion for the Automotive Industry – Eager and enthusiastic about cars.
• Sales & Customer Service Experience – Automotive sales experience an asset.
• Energetic & Personable – A polished, professional appearance and a knack for making great first impressions.
• Strong Communicator – Whether in-person, over the phone, or through video, you can connect with clients effortlessly.
• Highly Organized & Self-Motivated – You thrive in a fast-paced environment and never miss a beat.
