Job summary

Green Diamond Equipment, your Maritime John Deere Dealership, is seeking a friendly Sales Representative to join the Bloomfield, PEI team. You will sell BRP powersports and John Deere turf equipment to new and existing customers, in a fast-paced environment with commission-based earnings.

The role offers a base salary supplemented by commission, with full-time employment and opportunities for advancement within a progressive organization.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years sales experience preferred.
• High School diploma.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment, turf equipment, or farming and operational practices an asset.
• Knowledge of BRP (Bombardier Recreational) equipment an asset.
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions required.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent customer relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.

Responsibilities

• Represents the company for the sale of machinery to customers in a defined sales area.
• Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment salable by the dealership.
• Monitors competitive activity/products and timely communicates to management.
• Maintains all customer information in assigned territory for sales management.
• Knows and follows a defined sales process.
• Assists with the preparation and execution of customer events.
• Conducts new equipment field demonstrations.
• Monitors trends in customer’s business activities and timely communicates to management.
• Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
• Attends applicable sales training events/seminars.
• Working with Parts and Service departments, recommends and encourages the sale of parts and service products.
• Ensures exceptional client experience.
• Commitment to the Green Diamond, BRP, and John Deere brand.

We are currently looking for a friendly, motivated John Deere and BRP Sales Representative to join our Bloomfield, PEI team.

Compensation is a base salary supplemented by commission.

Purpose: Sells new and used BRP powersports equipment, and new and used John Deere turf equipment to new and existing customers.

Salary Range: $40,000/year – $65,000/year

The compensation range reflects expected earnings (base salary + commission), top performers may earn more through the commission structure.
