Job description

We are seeking a Sales Project Coordinator to join our Montreal office. This is a sales operations role focused on supporting the team by responding to inbound customer inquiries, maintaining CRM discipline, and ensuring accurate reporting. The position is the operational backbone of our sales function — keeping processes clean, organized, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries, including requests for quotes, proposals, and product information.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce records (contacts, accounts, opportunities, sales history).
  • Generate clean, copy‑pasteable reports using Salesforce dashboards.
  • Track KPIs and pipeline activity, flagging discrepancies or inefficiencies.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal sales operations tasks.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM; ability to maintain accurate, complete records.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); comfortable with data organization.
  • Strong organizational discipline, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
