Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Professional role is based in Innisfail, AB. As a Sales Professional at Fourlane Ford, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting and assisting customers, conducting vehicle demonstrations, negotiating sales agreements, and following up on leads. Additionally, you will maintain an in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory and stay informed about industry trends and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience and success in meeting sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in sales or a related field is an asset
