Job summary

Jobtailor in Mississauga is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support pricing desks, ERP enablement, and data analytics for the sales team.

You will update price lists, manage GS1 product systems, and build custom pricing models while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize margins and contract pricing with distributors.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Detail oriented and precise in handling data.
• Proven analytical skills and comfort with ERP systems and data analytics.
• Proficient in Excel and able to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support Pricing Desk duties for customer contracting business and ERP enablement.
• Update product price lists and customer portal entries.
• Manage GS1 product systems for participating customers.
• Execute contract pricing with national and regional distributors.
• Provide backup support for Pricing Analyst product segments.
• Liaise with sales and customer service on price and volume needs.
• Build, refine, and execute custom price models.
• Analyze customer quantity and lead-time contracting activity.
• Complete Trade Agreement Programs and support D365 ERP connectivity.
• Serve as SME for system testing and future Vault Tool transition.
• Monitor systems for trends and opportunities; report impacts.
• Provide margin data by customer territory to Account Managers.
• Implement sales-team data analytics to enable product margin growth.

• Support Pricing Desk duties for customer contracting business, ERP system enablement, and Sales Team Data Analytics activity
• Update product price lists, including customer portal entry for Sysco and GFS/Limson
• Manage GS1 product systems for participating customers
• Execute contract pricing activity with national and regional distributors using system pricing tools
• Provide backup and support for Pricing Analyst product segments
• Liaise with sales and customer service teams on contract price and volume needs
• Build, refine, and execute custom price models
• Analyze customer quantity and lead-time contracting activity

• Conduct Sales Proxy support and Inside Seller Customer Management activity
• Troubleshoot system issues, process questions, and customer inquiries

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Finance, Commerce, or other related field

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Proficiency in French and prior flour milling experience are good to have but not required
