About The Role

The Sales Operations Manager is accountable for the identification, creation and management of all sales systems, tools and processes. Reporting to the Customer Operations Sr. Manager, this function will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Technology to enable standardized ways of working and deliver accurate reporting and consistent analysis of performance metrics.

What You'll Do

  • Sales tools power user – Actively and reliably optimize use of technology tools used by the sales team through coaching and oversight of advanced features, data hygiene and custom report building;
  • Reporting and analysis – Enable consistent performance analysis to key stakeholder groups through the creation of relevant reports and dashboards;
  • Systems and process definition and optimization – Proactively identify opportunities for the optimization of sales systems, tools and processes; collaborate with cross-functional partners to prioritize improvement opportunities and execute projects that will drive business impact;
  • Adoption and standardization – Drive consistent adoption of systems, tools and processes through efficient change management and sales enablement activities across our sales teams.

What You Bring

  • Five (5) years in a Revenue or Sales Operations role working directly with sales teams and leadership to drive productivity and growth;
  • Experienced in Salesforce CRM and adept at translating needs between technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Highly skilled in identifying patterns and trends to diagnose recurring issues and pinpoint root causes;
  • Strong knowledge of operations, change management, and project management best practices;
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing directions, and analyze data to derive actionable insights;
  • A positive can-do attitude and lean towards compromise and adaptability;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrated by your ability to build rapport and influence others at all levels;
  • Ability to focus on minute details while maintaining a clear overview of overall objectives;
  • Experience working with real estate teams will be considered an asset.

Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.

$99,756 - $137,088 CAD
