YOUR IMPACT

Join OpenText as a Sales Operations Director supporting our Cybersecurity business across the U.S. and Western Europe. In this highly strategic role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior sales leadership and drive the operational rigor needed to ensure sales productivity, accurate forecasting, and smooth business execution. Reporting to the VP of Field Operations and PMO, you'll deliver critical planning, analytics, and enablement support while working cross-functionally across global teams. Your contributions will directly impact our go-to-market strategy and customer experience as you help scale one of OpenText’s most dynamic business segments.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations in a global, matrixed environment

  • Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of accuracy and ability to deliver executive-ready outputs

  • Demonstrated experience managing forecasts, pipeline analytics, business cadence, and planning

  • Expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analysis tools

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement

  • Experience in enterprise software sales; cybersecurity industry experience is a plus

  • Ability to work across time zones and manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

SALARY STATEMENT

Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and qualifications, including a competitive base salary, performance-based incentives, and participation in OpenText’s comprehensive benefits package.
