We are hiring Sales Operations Analysts to join a team that helps Canonical sales teams achieve their goals. The Sales Operations team focuses on process and data quality improvements to ensure accurate order processing. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to improve team workflows, maintain compliance, and support governance.

The role's success is measured by increased deal velocity and improved CRM data quality for business decisions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver and team player passionate about partnering with sales leadership and promoting open source technology to a wider audience. They will design and implement programs supporting Canonical’s ongoing success.

Location : These roles are remote in the EMEA and Americas regions.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting all aspects of global sales operations daily activities.
  2. Reviewing opportunities for accuracy and provisioning orders post-deal closure.
  3. Assisting the Sales Operations Manager to enhance sales data quality and processes.
  4. Reporting on data quality metrics to executive stakeholders.
  5. Implementing surveys and defining metrics for leadership.
  6. Supporting sales teams globally with CRM and other systems.
  7. Delivering sales metrics, dashboards, and analytical reports.
  8. Leading automation and streamlining the Lead to Order process.

Qualifications:

  • Strong academic record from high school and university.
  • Experience in sales operations or order processing roles.
  • Experience in a technology subscription business.
  • Proven ability to improve data quality.
  • Energetic, systematic, and focused on scalable outcomes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels globally.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year for up to two weeks.
