Responsibilities

• Learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers
• Provides strategic direction and business planning for the residential HVAC program
• Direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they meet objectives
• Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability
• Recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and hiring activities
• Motivate a high-performing sales team through training and coaching
• Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize service opportunities
• Develop and implement effective sales processes for the organization
• Develop and implement sales/rental training
• Execute local market plans to drive organic lead generation
• Identify growth strategies to launch in new territories
