Showcase is seeking a Store Manager to lead our dynamic retail team at our Canadian stores. You will recruit, coach and retain top talent while delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving top-line sales.

• Looking for marketing opportunities and participating in Company/Mall initiatives
• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Ensure your Team meets sales goals and key metrics
• Executing company standards in all store operations

What You’ll Need To Be Successful...

• A minimum of 2 years experience with a successful track record in specialty retail, preferably mall-based retail
• An excellent communicator who is not afraid to be in front of an audience
• In tune with various social media platforms
