Due to our ongoing organic growth, we are currently seeking a qualified permanent full-time Sales Manager (Integrity Consulting) to join our professional Sales team in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a flexible work schedule, and use independent judgment and reasoning.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the existing valued customer relationships and generating growth sales opportunities within the existing customer base;
  2. Work with the internal ROSEN team to identify new markets, develop new opportunities and customer solutions within the segment;
  3. Identify, qualify, pursue, and capture all sales opportunities with the objective of exceeding sales goals;
  4. Develop, maintain, and nurture critical and trusted relationships with customers;
  5. Lead the preparation, submission, tracking, and closing of quotations and proposals;
  6. Ensure effective handover to Project Managers and Operations upon contract award for successful execution;
  7. Develop and implement proactive sales strategies by accounts, tenders, and post-award follow-up;
  8. Make professional sales presentations on complex solutions to senior decision makers;
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare market assessments, competitive analyses, and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

The successful candidate should have the following minimum qualifications and skills:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business, or equivalent experience;
  2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consultative In-line inspection sales within the Oil & Gas pipeline industry;
  3. Superior knowledge of the Canadian pipeline industry and industry contacts;
  4. Proven sales professional with a talent for seeking new opportunities;
  5. Exceptional negotiation skills, a demonstrated closer, and customer-oriented professionalism;
  6. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within customer organizations and within ROSEN;
  7. Effective team contributor and collaborator;
  8. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and MS Dynamic 365 CRM preferred;
  9. Excellent English communication and writing skills;
  10. Strong presentation skills in a corporate setting;
  11. Highly organized, flexible, and forward-thinking;
  12. Ability to maintain confidentiality;
  13. Detail-oriented with high accuracy;
  14. Self-starter capable of completing projects independently;
  15. Proven results-driven in efficiency and outcomes;
  16. Willing to travel approximately 10-15% (mainly domestic);
  17. Legally eligible to work in Canada.
