ROSEN Canada is the leading provider of Asset Integrity Services to clients throughout Canada. We work collaboratively to get the job done, recognizing that each person is integral to meet the needs of our clients and to continue to be a leader in what we do.

Due to our ongoing organic growth, we are currently seeking a qualified permanent full-time Sales Manager (Integrity Consulting) to join our professional Sales team in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a flexible work schedule, and use independent judgment and reasoning.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the existing valued customer relationships and generating growth sales opportunities within the existing customer base;
  • Working with the internal ROSEN team, seek to identify new markets, develop new opportunities and customers solutions within the segment;
  • Identification, qualification, pursuit and capture all sales opportunities with the objective of exceeding sales goals;
  • Develop, maintain and nurture critical and trusted relationships with customers;
  • Lead the preparation, submission, tracking and closing of quotations and proposals;
  • On award of contract, ensure effective handover to Project Managers and Operations for highly effective execution;
  • Develop and implement proactive sales strategies by accounts, tenders and post award follow-up;
  • Make professional sales presentations on complex solutions to senior level decision makers;
  • Work with internal team to prepare market assessments, competitive analysis and sales forecasts.

Requirements

Qualification or Skills:

The successful candidate should have the following minimum qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Business or equivalent experience;
  • Minimum of 5+ years directly related to consultative In-line inspection sales within the Oil & Gas pipeline industry is required;
  • Superior knowledge of the Canadian pipeline industry and industry aligned contacts;
  • A proven sales professional with a strong talent for being inquisitive seeking new opportunity;
  • Exceptional negotiation skills, a demonstrated closer and proven customer oriented professional;
  • Ability and comfort to communicate at all levels within customer organizations as well as within the ROSEN organization;
  • Effective team contributor and member;
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and MS Dynamic 365 CRM program is preferred;
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills;
  • Advanced writing and conducting of presentations in a corporate setting;
  • Highly organized time-manager, flexible and forward thinking;
  • Strict ability to maintain confidentiality;
  • Detail oriented and works with a high degree of detail and accuracy;
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to complete projects with limited supervision;
  • Proven ability to achieve positive results in a manner that drives efficiency;
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% - 15% (Primarily domestic travel);
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
