Job summary

CFIB is seeking an energetic sales professional to join Canada’s largest association of SMBs. Location in the Coquitlam area with full-time hours. The role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and employer-paid health benefits.

You will develop relationships with SMB owners, drive new business, and prepare for a future Sales Manager position. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, strong people skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset,

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000-$95,000+ annually (base + uncapped commission + monthly bonuses), with top performers exceeding $135K+
