Job summary

Burly Boyz Moving and Storage is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead a team of relocation specialists. You’ll coach, close, and teach consultative, high-ticket phone selling, shaping a scalable, results-driven culture.

This leadership role focuses on coaching discovery, value creation, objection handling, and accountable performance across a geographically distributed team, with compensation that rewards achievement and growth across Canada.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales experience with demonstrated leadership of sales teams.
• 5+ years directly managing salespeople with accountability for results.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple locations.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets personally and as a manager.
• Experience coaching salespeople and improving performance.
• Ability to conduct regular 1:1s and build performance improvement plans.

Responsibilities

• Coach RSs on consultative phone selling and closing
• Review calls and quotes for coaching opportunities
• Review lost opportunities to identify improvements
• Provide live deal coaching on high-value opportunities
• Develop and deliver sales training around objections
• Create coaching plans and track outcomes
• Support onboarding and development of new RSs
• Monitor performance against revenue and activity targets
• Ensure rapid follow-up of leads and quotes
• Own RS schedules and coverage for sales readiness
