Michaels is hiring a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store at Waterloo, ON. You will drive sales and customer experience while overseeing front-end operations, POS systems, and in-store programs to ensure brand standards and KPI achievement.

This role oversees front-end and service operations, ensuring consistent execution of selling behaviors, brand standards, and operational expectations.
