SALES MANAGER

Grasslands Recruitment Specialists has been engaged to recruit a Sales Manager for an Ag Equipment location in Saskatchewan.

The Sales Manager will have the opportunity to lead a small team of sales representatives within a collaborative environment that encourages open communication.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE SALES MANAGER

As the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of your branch. Your responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, providing leadership through coaching and mentoring your sales team, and representing the company as the face of the sales operation. You’ll also oversee inventory management, monitor financial performance, and develop and implement annual business plans to achieve your branch’s goals.
