Job summary

Hubb-Cap Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager to lead sales and marketing strategies across Ontario. Hubb-Cap Limited is part of the Canerector family of companies and includes Capitol Equipment Rentals, Capstan Fabricators, E.S. Hubbell and Brother’s Equipment Rentals. The Sales Manager role reports directly into the General Manager and will be tasked with developing a sales and marketing strategy to drive growth for our businesses in Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial, self-starter that is looking for a highly autonomous role.

Responsibilities :

  • Partner with the Branch Managers to develop and implement growth strategies
  • Identify current and potential customers and create a communication strategy
  • Develop and grow relationships with large provincial / multi-site customers
  • Take ownership of and manage our involvement in the various associations we are a part of (AORS, LICO, OPCA, OGRA, etc…)
  • Track and arrange participation in provincial and local trade shows
  • Attend association meetings and events
  • Work with BM’s on the launching and utilization of a CRM
  • Develop email distribution lists and initiate regular marketing campaigns
  • Work with engineers to get Hubb Cap specified on tenders / RFQ’s
