As a Regional Sales Leader within PNC's Business Banking organization, you will be based in our Southern California Market.
A Business Banking Regional Sales Leader is responsible for coaching their team members on the skills needed to analyze, evaluate and mitigate risk. The Business Banking Sales Leader leads the team on credit requests by utilizing advanced knowledge of credit fundamentals and internal credit policies. The Leader motivates and develops team members while monitoring progress against individual goals. In conjunction with our key service partners, they will provide their team with support, and coaching, as they focus on the customers' overall financial well-being leading to a best-in-class banking experience. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
