Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead in Winnipeg to drive sales, coach associates, and ensure a seamless customer experience on the floor. You’ll lead by example when management isn’t present, hitting targets and keeping the store running smoothly.

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has agreat experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks
