Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across channels
• Coach and support team members through on-the-floor feedback
• Share insights with store management to improve performance
• Ensure policies on payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention are followed
• Keep the store visually appealing with effective merchandising
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Assist with restocking and backstore tasks daily

The Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Part-Time Sales Lead plays a key role in driving results and supporting the team. You lead by example by helping hit sales targets, coaching associates, and making sure every customer has a great experience. When management isn’t on the floor, you take the lead and keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a strong customer experience across all channels
• Coach and support team members through regular feedback and on-the-floor guidance
• Share insights and feedback with store management to help improve performance
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed (especially around payments, discounts, returns, and loss prevention)
• Keep the store looking sharp with strong visual merchandising and displays
• Support the Store Manager in building a motivated, fashion-focused team
• Help with day-to-day operations like restocking and backstore tasks
