Job summary

Gallagher offers a summer internship across Canada, providing a realistic look at becoming a Gallagher Producer through shadowing, projects, and client exposure. The program emphasizes learning by doing, with exposure to insurance brokerage, HR services, risk management, claims, and reinsurance.

Selected interns will experience National Intern Orientation and activities across divisions, with potential for full-time/permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Second and third year university or college students with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Availability to participate within program dates: May 10, 2027 - August 27, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Learn and develop skills in five core areas: consultative selling by shadowing producers and underwriting teams.
• Develop professionally through orientation, weekly trainings, and case competitions.
• Collaborate with peers in national/regional sales events and cross-functional teams.
• Build professional acumen in Risk Management, Benefits, Wholesale, and Claims.
• Experience Gallagher Way and mentorship from employees.
