Job summary

Gallagher is offering a summer internship program across Canada for students in their second and third years. The role focuses on sales and client relations, with exposure to multiple divisions including Insurance, HR, Risk, Claims, and Reinsurance.

You will participate in an immersive learning-by-doing experience, shadowing producers and consultants, and attending orientation and trainings to develop professional skills.

Qualifications

• Second and third year university or college students with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
• Availability to participate within program dates: May 10, 2027 - August 27, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Shadow producers, consultants, and underwriting teams to understand our sales and marketing process.
• Attend National Intern Orientation, weekly trainings, and case competitions to develop the required skills.
• Collaborate in national and regional sales events to strengthen teamwork and client engagement.
• Learn about Risk Management, Benefits, Wholesale, and Claims businesses to understand client needs.
