Job summary

Vantage Marketing Canada is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative for a summer role in Windsor, Ontario. You'll knock doors and sell residential pest control contracts for Insight Pest Solutions, Canada's largest residential pest control provider. This is commission-based with training provided and housing included.

Expect 6-day weeks and 75-100 face-to-face interactions daily. If you're hardworking, outgoing, and motivated by commissions, this opportunity can transform your earning

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll spend your summer knocking doors and selling residential pest control contracts for Insight Pest Solutions, Canada's largest residential pest control provider.

• Training Provided: Get daily in-person training and improve your skills every single day.
• Earn What You're Worth: This is a commission-based role where your effort directly determines your income. Most reps earn 15,000-25,000 in 3 months, but there's no cap.
• Housing Included: Live with like-minded individuals in fully furnished housing in Windsor, ON, covered by Vantage Canada.

What You'll Be Doing

• Start each day with a focused sales meeting to sharpen your techniques.

Work Schedule

We encourage a 6-day workweek, including daily sales meetings and 6-8 hours of prospecting each day (~48 hours/week). You set your hours, but the more you put in, the more you'll get out.
