Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Fredericton, NB. The Salesperson will engage with residential and commercial customers to present pest control services, explain benefits, and handle questions or concerns in a professional manner. Daily activities include prospecting new clients, conducting door-to-door or scheduled visits, giving product and service demonstrations, and closing sales while meeting or exceeding assigned targets. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and collaborating with team members and managers to optimize sales strategies. The Salesperson is expected to uphold company standards, contribute to a positive work environment, and represent the brand with integrity.
