Vantage Marketing Canada is hiring for a summer Sales Representative in Windsor, ON. This role focuses on knocking doors and selling residential pest control contracts for Insight Pest Solutions, Canada’s largest provider. Training is provided daily and housing is included in Windsor, ON.

Candidates should be hardworking, competitive, outgoing, and motivated by results. Expect a commission-based earnings model with significant upside for high performers during the 3-month summer period.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll spend your summer knocking doors and selling residential pest control contracts for Insight Pest Solutions, Canada’s largest residential pest control provider.

• Training Provided: Get daily in-person training and improve your skills every single day.
• Earn What You’re Worth: This is a commission-based role where your effort directly determines your income. Most reps earn $15,000–$25,000 in 3 months, but there’s no cap.
• Housing Included: Live with like-minded individuals in fully furnished housing in Windsor, ON, covered by Vantage Canada.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Start each day with a focused sales meeting to sharpen your techniques.
• Spend 6–8 hours knocking doors, pitching and making sales, meeting 75–100 people daily.
• Compete in individual and team sales challenges to push yourself further.

Work Schedule

We encourage a 6-day workweek, including daily sales meetings and 6–8 hours of prospecting each day (~48 hours/week). You set your hours, but the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.
