We don’t sugarcoat it — this job is challenging. But if you’re the right person, it can change your life.
As a Sales Representative, you’ll spend your summer knocking doors and selling residential pest control contracts for Insight Pest Solutions, Canada’s largest residential pest control provider.
We encourage a 6-day workweek, including daily sales meetings and 6–8 hours of prospecting each day (~48 hours/week). You set your hours, but the more you put in, the more you’ll get out.
With months to prepare before the summer, you can begin developing your communication skills, learning the fundamentals of sales, and building the discipline and mindset needed to succeed. We want you to enter the season prepared, coachable, and ready to hit the ground running.
The goal isn’t just to help you become a better salesperson. It’s to help you become more confident, resilient, and capable of handling challenges in every area of your life.
