Job summary

RONA is seeking a experienced store leadership professional in Canada to drive personnel management and operational excellence. You will oversee staff, merchandising, scheduling, promotions, and recruitment while maintaining a high standard of customer service and store performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, autonomy and effective communication to contribute to the store’s growth and community presence within the region.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in personnel management.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong leadership and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements.
• Resolve issues while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions.
• Supervise the replenishment process.
• Manage promotional activities and competitive insight to guide marketing.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility.
• Determine work schedule within the labour budget and meet customer needs.
• Coach, motivate, and develop teams.
• Other related tasks to ensure smooth store operations.

Your role:

What we're looking for:
