Job summary

RONA in Canada is seeking a store supervisor to lead a dynamic team, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive day-to-day operations from merchandising to store standards. You’ll oversee priorities, resolve issues, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals.

The role requires at least 5 years in personnel management, experience running a retail operation, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the company’s requirements
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions
• Supervise the replenishment process
• Manage promotional activities according to sales, company initiatives
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility
• Determine work schedule while complying with the established labour budget
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
