Job summary

RONA in Trois-Rivières is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy department, supervise priorities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will recruit staff, coach teams, manage promotions, and monitor schedules within the labour budget to meet customer needs, while staying aware of trends and competitors. This is a role focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving store growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in personnel management.
• Experience managing a retail business.
• Strong leadership skills, resourceful and autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise work according to set priorities and the store’s requirements.
• Resolve any issue that may arise while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Carry out merchandising duties according to the Store Manager’s directions.
• Supervise the replenishment process.
• Manage promotional activities according to sales and company initiatives; monitor trends and competitors to help develop marketing strategy.
• Assist in recruiting staff for the department under your responsibility.
• Determine work schedule while complying with the labor budget and ensuring customer needs are met.
• Coach, encourage, and motivate teams.
• Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly.
