South Trail Hyundai in Calgary, Alberta is seeking an Automotive Sales Executive to join our expanding team.

You will build lasting client relationships, identify needs, and present vehicle options with a professional, customer-focused approach. The role offers a performance-based compensation package with potential to exceed CAD 100,000 annually, plus paid training and benefits through McManes Automotive Group.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in automotive or customer-focused sales.
• Hospitality experience is an asset.
• Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License and AMVIC license (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct product demonstrations and vehicle walkarounds with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Clearly explain financing, warranties, and features to ensure customer understanding.
• Effectively manage objections and close sales in a customer-first manner.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Contribute to sales targets through proactive planning and reporting to management.
