The Sales Executive role is a dynamic and consultative role which involves working directly with the Sales Director to identify, target, prospect and close new business across a designated territory. This is an outbound role which involves a 360° approach to the Firmex sales process, with a focus on growing the Quebec advisory and industry book in order to increase our presence in the region.

As a Sales Executive, you will

  • Respond in a timely and efficient manner to all assigned leads
  • Prospect for new named accounts, meetings with set KPI’s and bookings targets
  • Develop original ideas and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns focused on driving demand
  • Develop and maintain an opportunity pipeline of 3-4 times your sales quota
  • Develop a recurring book of business with a view of converting to reoccurring accounts
  • Conduct customer-focused sales presentations largely over web-conference calls and in person
  • Create and deliver quotations and presentations to prospects, and quarterback responses to RFIs, RFPs, security questionnaires and legal comments

What you'll need to be successful as a 360 Sales Executive

  • Fluent in French and English
  • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience - we are industry agnostic
  • Proven track record for cold calling and outbound activities
  • Proven ability to generate demand through outbound activity, build a sales pipeline and close new business
  • Strong ability to ask good questions, listen and present compelling solutions
  • Likes to contribute to a positive team culture
  • High achievement orientation
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and demonstration skills
